01 Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer for aroma products , providing OEM & ODM service.
02 What are your main products?
We mainly supply full range of aroma products, such as reed diffuser, scented candle, aroma ceramic, oil burner, room spray, car perfume, fragrance oils and accessories.
03 What' the MOQ of your product?
MOQ depends on the product design or printing packaging. stock products MOQ is 50pcs,normally product with printing color box is 500pcs/design.
04 Can I make customized design?
Yes, we welcome customized design.We can customize shape, size, weight, color, fragrance, effect, appearance and package such as the label and gift box.
05 What is the delivery date for a sample?
1-3 days for existing product; 7-10-15days for customer’s OEM DESIGN. We can check case by case.
06 Do you have any certificate or any test reports for fragrance?
MSDS or Certification for Safe Transport of Chemical Goods.
07 What is the payment terms ?
EXW,FOB,FCA,CIF,ect Payment by T/T,Trade Assurance Order Lind,Paypal,etc.
08 Have you ever worked with branded customers ?
Yes,Dior,BVLGARI,Guerlain,Hugo Boss,GUCCI,etc.
